When you hire me to perform your home inspection, you’re not just getting a person that picked up his certification as a hobby. Before becoming the owner of STAT, I worked for over 10 years in the field of construction, and also have 4 years of Architectural Drafting experience. Thus, I am able to inspect your home with the eyes of a planner and designer, and the hands of a contractor. This is different from one who relies solely on a computer and a technical readout.
